I enjoyed seeing community members enjoying time at our amazing restaurants.
It was great to celebrate the official opening of Tandoori Trail restaurant with owner Karuna Kunar. Another Minority and Woman owned business in the Peak! I had the honor to welcome Monish and Sonal Gujral to Apex. Monish Gujral is the owner of Moti Mahal Tandoori Trail chain of restaurants, with over 500 locations international. Monish is also an author cookbooks and has expanded the brand of his late grandfather, Kundan Lal Gujral, inventor of the Indian cuisine, Butter and Tandoori Chicken. Tandoori Trail in Apex is the first location in the US. Food is đŸ”¥Congratulations to all.
